Generic Reports

The Generic Report page allows you to produce standardised reports of fixed columns. You can immediately download a copy of the report or schedule the report to run on a specific frequency, ranging from every 30mins to every fortnight. You can create custom reports with hand-picked columns/fields by using the Report Builder.

When you select the ‘Reports' option from the navigation dropdown, the Standard Reports page will open. If you currently have reports saved, you will see a list showing all of the reports saved to your user.

These will be split up into sections, which can be navigated via the left hand column.

There are multiple report type categories which report types are split up in to. This helps the user keep an organised, easily-to-navigate report page. Note that if the user has no reports of that specific category, the category will not appear in the side menu.

Or if you currently have no reports saved, you will see an empty page with an ‘Add New Report’ button on the left hand side.
