Downloading A Generic Report

For support navigating to the Reports page see Generic Reports . You can either download an instant snapshot report or you can schedule reports to run in the future - for guidance scheduling reports, see Scheduling-Reports.

To download a report instantly find the required report on the Reports page.

Within the report row, select either the ‘HTML’, ‘PDF’ or ‘CSV’ button.

For some reports types not all output options are available.

Click the relevant button.
Your report will now download to your device. Your report will look similar to this example

You may have different columns depending on what type of report you downloaded.
