Creating Schedules, Unscheduled Records or Defects
The Maintenance Grid can be used to create new maintenance schedules, add unscheduled records or add defects to assets. For support navigating to the Maintenance Grid see The Maintenance Grid.
Using the Grid, find the asset row you want to add a maintenance event to.
To the right-hand side of each row is the ‘grid’ section, where each square (cell) represents one week. Using the months and week markers at the top of the table, find the week you wish to start the maintenance schedule on (the current week column is highlighted blue). Click the week (individual cell) where you want to create the schedule.
You can skip to the previous or the next set of months using the double chevron (<< and >>) buttons.
This will show a pop-up window where you can choose which action you want to perform.
