The Views tab of Editing Your Account controls the defaults you see when you log in, such as which views and bookmarks your Fleet/Maintenance grids defaults to, how much data loads at once, and how the grids look and behave. These settings are personal to your own account.
🧭 Navigating to Edit Account

Click your Username from the navigation bar

Click Edit User from the menu

Click the Views tab

Change the settings you want, then click SAVE.
Some settings only change what you see after the page reloads.

Default Fleet Grid View |
The view that is applied to the Fleet Grid when you log in.

Default Maintenance View |
The view applied to the Maintenance Grid when you log in. |

Default Bookmark |
The bookmark applied by default.

Map Provider |
Which mapping provider is used to draw the map. |
|
Fleet Grid Auto-search |
When ticked, the Fleet/Maintenance Grid re-runs the search automatically as you change the search field, rather than waiting for you to trigger it by pressing Enter. |
|
Results Per Page |
How many assets are listed per page of the Fleet/Maintenance Grid. A smaller number loads faster on large fleets. |
|
Maintenance Grid Size |
Row density on the Maintenance Grid. Use Large for a wider date range, or Small for a shorter one. |
|
Flashing Status Enabled |
When ticked, critical and warning statuses flash to draw the eye. |
|
Scrollbars Enabled |
Shows scrollbars on the grids and scrollable panels. Turn it off for a cleaner look, or on if you prefer a visible scrollbar to drag. Takes effect after a page refresh. |
