The Asset Search is an easy and intuitive way to search for anything associated with an asset. To access Asset Search click the ‘Fleet’ button on the navigation bar.
From the Fleet dropdown select the ‘Asset Search’ option on the menu.
This will open the Asset Search page.
Type inside the search bar on the page to search for anything.

Depending on your user’s permissions you may not be able to search for all asset data.
Shortly after you finish typing the search bar will move to the top of the screen and display the results underneath.
Each asset row will contain a small snapshot of each asset, including the group and the company it belongs to (if you belong to more than 1 company)
From the results list you can:

Enter Asset’s Dashboard
Download CSV Report
You can download a CSV report of the returned assets by clicking the ‘Download’ button ⬇ to the right of the search bar.
This will download a CSV file with all details on the assets in your search results.
