-
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Asset group added to POI History report. The POI History report now includes each asset's current group, so the report has an extra column compared with previous downloads.

-
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Repeated "Trailer VORd" entries removed from maintenance history
An asset left overdue for maintenance was getting a fresh off-road record roughly every five hours, burying the genuine ones. That has stopped, and the existing build-up is being cleared.
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Active fault count now shown on the EBS/DTC icon
Assets with one or more active faults now show a red count badge on their EBS/DTC icon — in the fleet grid (both table and card views), the Single Trailer View, and on the Standard V2, EBPMS and Tyre Sensor PDF reports. Assets with no active faults look the same as before.
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Asset sub-type is being retired
The asset sub-type field can no longer be edited, on either the asset editor or the asset build tab, and no company can set it as a mandatory field any more. Existing values are kept and still shown. A message on the form explains that the properties fields below should be used instead. It has also been removed from the bulk import templates.
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Customers can reset their own webhook error count
A webhook that failed repeatedly used to switch itself off after 5 errors, with no way for the customer to restart it. There is now a Reset button on the TSM action, and the cut-off has risen from 5 to 25
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Late records report now counts anything completed after its scheduled date
The report used to allow the scheduled window days before treating a record as late, which meant a record completed a single day late never appeared. The report now compares the completion date against the scheduled date alone. Customers will see more records than before.
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR Report builder search now finds maintenance fields
Searching the asset report builder's field list missed anything in the Last Maintenance or Other Maintenance sub-sections. All three sub-sections are now searched, and only the ones containing matches are shown.
CHANGED BEHAVIOUR New users only get a maintenance dashboard if their company uses maintenance
When a new user is created, their default dashboards now depend on the features their company has switched on. Companies without the maintenance feature no longer get a maintenance dashboard they cannot use.
NEW Two new dashboard widgets: active faults, and movement without ignition
"Active DTCs" shows assets with one or more active faults of any category. "Moving without Ignition" shows assets that have moved with no ignition signal. Both support the usual dashboard filters.
NEW New "defects by type" dashboard widget, plus a chart view
A new widget shows all defects by type over the last month, alongside the existing open-defects version. Both can now be switched between the list and a bar chart showing the top five types.
NEW Auto-fill now fills in the asset model
The auto-fill wand on the asset settings and fleet desk pages now draws on DVSA MOT records as a second source, so the model is populated where it previously came back blank.
NEW New event log filters for customers using the API
Event logs can now be filtered by cluster and by "everything from this ID onwards", so a customer collecting logs through the API can be certain they have every record with no gaps or repeats. A new version of the Event Logs API Developer Guide documents the approach.
