Managing User Role and Permissions
For support navigating to the Manage Users page see Manage Users.
From the Manage Users page, use the left sidebar to find and select the user you want to change the permission or role. Doing this will open the user editor to the right, on here click the ‘Roles’ tab.

You will be able to assign or un-assign the listed roles to the user using the checkboxes alongside each row.
Depending on your company you may have different roles available to the user.
Ensure you check the associated permissions with each role to confirm the user needs to see that data or perform the extra actions.

Permissions
You can see the permissions associated with each role by expanding the ‘Role’ panel. This can be done by clicking the 'V' button.

This will list all the things the user can do on the Portal if this role is mapped to them.
