Managing Finance Recipients

It's essential to keep track of finance recipients to determine who is responsible for the recorded finance charges.

You can record recipients when you are editing a finance record by selecting a Recipient/Supplier from the dropdown.

You can manage finance recipients on the ‘Recipients’ tab of the Manage Finance page.

You may see more or less tabs within your navigation bar depending on your permissions. If you are missing Record Types/Sub Types speak to your line manager about adjusting your permissions.

All existing Recipients will appear in a list on the left.

Adding Recipients

To create a new finance recipient, click the + symbol next to the ‘name’ filter.

This will open up a blank recipient.

Fill out the required fields and click the ‘save’ button on the right when you are done.

To undo changes, use the ‘undo’ button.

Editing Recipients

Find and click on the recipient from the list on the left to start editing, then confirm any changes by clicking the save button.

Deleting a recipient

You can delete a recipient by clicking the trash icon in the editor window.
