Flashing Statuses / Events

The ‘Days until’ section of the Maintenance Grid is located in the middle of the page, and shows at a glance how many days remaining until each of the asset’s scheduled events.

There is a handy option to make scheduled events flash in oder to make them stand out further. This setting may already currently be enabled depending on your company settings.

This setting can be enabled and disabled by following the below steps.

Firstly, click on your username in the left of the header.

This will open a dropdown menu, from here select the 'Edit User’ option.
This will open a dialog containing the editable settings for your user, such as Email Address and Password.
Scroll down to the “Flashing Status Enabled” section. The feature may already be enabled as shown. Click on the checkbox to toggle the setting on or off.
Click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.

You will see the the status labels will have changed to static or flashing, depending on your selection.
